Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV, the real person behind Dr. Disrespect, is an American online streamer. He mainly plays battle royale games.
Although it seems like Dr. Disrespects only plays video games, he is actually a college graduate of the prestigious California State Polytechnic University. Standing at a towering 6’8, he played basketball in the NCAA Division II.
He uploaded his first Youtube video in 2011, playing Call of Duty. But he went inactive for almost five years right after this.
But because of his amazing gameplay, Herschel Beahm quit his job at Sledgehammer Games to commit full-time to his streaming career. Starting from 2015 to 2020, he garnered more than 2.2 million followers on Twitter, 3.48 million subscribers on YouTube, 1 million followers on Instagram, and 1.1 million followers on TikTok.
In March of 2020, the Doc signed a multi-year streaming deal with the platform: Twitch. But a few months after, he was permanently banned from the platform due to unknown reasons.
